Return & Refund Policy

At Mindy Beauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we follow a strict no-returns policy.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


No Returns

We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

• Change of mind
• Shade or product preference
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer
• Minor packaging variations

We request customers to review product details and shade selections carefully before placing an order.


Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, you may be eligible for an exchange subject to verification.

To claim an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video.

The unboxing video must:

• Start before opening the parcel
• Clearly show the sealed package
• Show the damaged product inside the parcel

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange.


Reporting a Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with the following details:

• Order number
• Unboxing video
• Photos of the damaged product

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement product.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges will only be processed if:

• The product was damaged during transit
• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
• A valid unboxing video is provided

We do not provide exchanges for:

• Shade dissatisfaction
• Product expectations
• Items ordered incorrectly by the customer


Refunds

Since we follow a no-returns policy, refunds are generally not applicable.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• The ordered product is out of stock after payment
• The order is cancelled before shipment
• A replacement product cannot be provided

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
